Many protocols use fluvoxamine or fluoxatine (prozac) for neurological symptoms. you should be able to get an Rx from a telemed appointment and those drugs at least are easy to fill (prozac is readily available). A key point here is that ivermectin cannot cross into the brain, but these others do. So if your problem is neurological IVM doesn't help a lot. The theory of action is that these drugs reduce inflammation in the neural system.

Melatonin is another component of many protocols including FLCCC's, to repair damage to the blood-brain barrier caused by covid. FLCCC says 10mg/day melatonin
They also recommend aspirin as a blood thinner, if you aren't on any blood thinners or have contraindications. Best to ask a doctor for guidance on these protocols.
