I've been thinking about this, a lot of these geriatric athiest transhumanist types are terrified of death and have been sold an idea, by people like Aubrey deGrey and Ray Kurzweil, that radical life extension therapies could literally make them immortal through "longevity escape velocity" (basically just live long enough for the first life extension therapies and those will extend your life long enough to benefit from the NEXT generation of therapies and so on and so on).

The only problem is for these technologies to be available before they die it would take a MASSIVE amount of money and human resources to all be dedicated to making these therapies, and of course you would need to test these things on human beings.

Therein lay the possible cause of all of this vaccine insanity. They NEED to experiment on people, and to tailor treatments to them it needs to be on people who are closely related genetically to these transhumanist. So they cant just use third worlders.
