Starting Mon u need to be fully vaxed to access all places except grocery stores and hopefully banks and pharmacies. Chickfila and in out are supposedly fighting this but we'll see Mon. The real test will be Nov 29th when the fines kick in. I think this is just L.A. city but it may be L.A. county which will be even more fucked. Just don't suurender.

If you absolutely don't have to come here I'd just stay away. It really is oppressive.
