Putin and quite a bit of the current Russian military and intelligence apparatus hate the fuckers and as the communist/bolsheviks/kazahrians got booted they don't have the control they used to have in the soviet days so the feeling is mutual.

Why do you think they are so insistent on trying to paint the russians as the badguys......
