NO. This is common for event security to do. They come up with code words for incidents so that anyone at the event that overhears something doesn't panic and cause a stampede that could lead to further injuries, etc. I'd bet you can find this document for other events done by this security company. If they don't have these code words and a further incident happens they could even get sued for their operations and training.
