Okay so the parents willingly took their children there. The incorrect dose still was given. That was negligence. You may not know for years the ramifications and it will be difficult to prove. I believe children have until 18 or 21 to sue. Parents should file a class action on behalf of their own stress. That pharmacy could be out of business by the time the child reaches 18 or 21. Get a malpractice lawyer’s advise. Given the economy, they could close down within the year.
