I thought he explained it pretty well - he needs the AGs to agree to look at what they want to file with the Supreme Court and sign on to it on behalf of their States. That way, as I understood it, it is backed by the 26 Republican States and they have a better shot at getting the SC to hear it. So he wants Patriots to politely and peaceably request that the AGs agree to look at what they’ve got. He doesn’t want anybody to go in aggressively - just request their cooperation to review the case they’ve put together. I don’t live in any of those States, but I have Patriot family members in Kansas (my cousin’s husband is a Vietnam Vet) and I sent the info to them. I’m sure they’ll make a call in support.
