Massachusetts General Laws ch. 76 § 15 – Vaccination and immunization
"In the absence of an emergency or epidemic of disease declared by the department of public health, no child whose parent or guardian states in writing that vaccination or immunization conflicts with his sincere religious beliefs shall be required to present said physician’s certificate in order to be admitted to school."
I'd assert the above Massachusetts Law for student Religious exemption. . Also cite the EAU as being optional and voluntary.
You could write the following:
"With respect to the emergency use of an unapproved product, the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetc Act, Title 21 U.S.C. 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I-III) 15 reiterates that individuals be informed of “the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, [and] of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.” If experimental EUA Covid-19 vaccines are ever approved by the FDA, state legislation would be required to allow companies to mandate the Covid-19 injections.
If you are being harassed, cite the MA law for harassment and tell them any further contact would be considered to be harassment and attempts of coercion. My attorney will be notifying you if any further attempts are made.
My understanding is they can ask and it is legal for them to ask. However, its also a trap people fall into by answering it. All that is required is to have a sincere religious belief. An atheism is entitled to the same standard.
