Damnit I miss ExpertBread! 😭
Trump didn't specifically warn about it being used against Biden personally, and it's an interesting take on Kamala, but I still contend that the warning had more to do with it being used "against" (by) Trump. I think Trump did use his alleged covid scare in October 2nd 2020 (maybe he got sick, maybe he didn't, doesn't really matter) to triggered the 25th, making VP Pence the TEMPORARY acting President. I think that's why Trump saluted the chopper as it left the White House (Oct 5) because Pence was in it. It makes sense of why Pence would welcome space force commanders "on behalf of the First Family" (Dec 2020). If Pence was acting POTUS before Jan 6th, then there technically was no VP (unless one was secretly appointed and confirmed... doubtful) to count the votes. The events of Jan 6th were therefore invalid in terms of constitutional procedure. There never was a legal count of the legally submitted electoral votes. Thus, the 2020 election is still undecided. The fake inauguration was just that, fake, a show. If we assume that at some point between Jan 6th and Jan 20th, Trump was given his powers back as POTUS (per the 25th), then Pence returns to being VP. According to the Constitution and the relevant federal statutory law, the sitting VP remains acting POTUS until the election dispute is resolved. That would mean that even right now, Pence is technically the nation's chief executive, the acting POTUS, the acting commander in chief, possibly directing the ongoing military operation...
This read like a sci-fi political thriller, but legally speaking, if true, it'd all be constitutional. Stranger things have happened 😂
