I have heard they use IVM and HCQ like on a daily basis due to other parasitic diseases on the continent. Japan referenced Africa for the same reason in August and then started prescribing IVM. Their COVID crisis essentially went away very quickly as well. We are being lied to and prevented from getting a viable and cheap treatment for Covid. No Need for vaccines that do not work.
