Lin raised the $2 million bail through his 501c3 Fight Back and paid the bail with a wire transfer to Pierce’s law firm. By law the $2 million goes back to Fight Back, but Pierce sent a letter to the court clerk to send it to his home address when it was released. Fight Back also paid about $600k in legal and other expenses before they were asked not to raise money anymore. Kyle only knows what the con man Hancock is telling him. Lin Wood’s telegram has a complete accounting of money raised and spent. MTG & Wood are having a cat fight over him believing she should do more about 2020 and not just talk about it. I don’t agree with him on most of that but she might want to be careful throwing around criminal accusations. He’s pretty good at what he does….defamation litigation.
