They all shared pretty much the same fate despite being sound cases - VERY few cases were ever actually heard, including the ones that made it to SCOTUS

IMO, this is not the problem with the attorneys, but with the judges... I think this was part of the big steal - they made sure they did the most blatant cheating in regions with judges they knew would rule in their favor. I think this was planned for many years.
