The problem is too many (on the left) take themselves and life way too seriously. I don’t know where that would come from. Maybe, if you don’t come from the perspective that we are (any individual is) just a handful of dust with the breath of life breathed into it you‘ll believe anything else. Like maybe we’re nature’s highest life form and, as the pinnacle of evolution, we owe it to everyone/thing else to be serious about everything.
