Law has a specific definition. It isn't ambiguous. It doesn't matter that you believe the group that created the law is illegitimate, it is still Law as it is defined.

We have three branches of government for a reason. The Judicial branch is designed to make sure that laws passed by the Legislative and Executive branch are Constitutional. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 has never been challenged in the courts. That is why it still remains a Law. That it is an Unlawful law (which means, a law that goes against the Constitution) is in no way challenged by me. I think that if it were to be presented to an honest court it would get tossed as Unlawful (AKA Unconstitutional) on Day One. But that doesn't make it not the Law.

If you want to fight the enemy, you must understand the enemy. The Fed is legal. No if's, and's or but's about it. It is also Unlawful (Unconstitutional), no if's, and's, or but's about it.

You must understand the difference between illegal and unlawful to understand the system you are working within (Common Law, Natural Law, etc.). We still work within the Constitution. The Constitution has never been subverted by the government that I have seen. What has happened is that the actors that make up the government are acting Unlawfully to subvert the American People. The People, that make up the Government are the ones acting illegally. The government itself is not any different than it was the day it was set up. The U.S. Corp is, at least in part, a red herring designed to make us look for the wrong enemy.

We already have all the tools we need. The Constitution makes clear that the People that are running the government don't have the powers they have asserted. The Constitution makes clear that we have numerous Unconstitutional Laws and the courts are acting Unconstitutionally.

But none of this makes a Law not the Law. Its still the Law, that's what it is. Until you understand that it is an Unconstitutional Law made by People in an otherwise legitimate government acting illegally you can't figure out the path to victory. You must know the enemy to defeat the enemy.
