This is an easy and inexpensive fix. Have your dermatologist (or a doctor who has done this before) inject Kenalog into the scar along the line of it. Done properly, it will flatten the keloid and fade the scar. (Too much and the scar will “sink in” leaving a depression in the skin.) It may take up to 3 months to see the full results, and may require a second Kenalog injection treatment.
