Anyone that reads this article and has seen Mueller's testimony in front of congress will quickly realize that Mueller was incapable of the making the decisions claimed by Weisman in the article. Just another false flag to keep it going or was Mueller playing possum to save his skin? It's also kind of convenient that Weissman's phone got "accidentally wiped" which presumably would have confirmed his claims.
