1.) By portraying one side as for the common good, and the other side for individual rights at the expense of the common good/ “democracy”

2.) one side are racist oppressors against people of color and the other side are for equality and human rights

4.) portray foreign invaders as victims seeking asylum in the promise of America

5.) Expel conservative soldiers by portraying them as extremists/threats to order in the name of equality and national security.
