This was an awesome post. So many of you on here just pour out your knowledge in a post and I am both impressed and grateful. Anyway, I definitely plan on eating a substantial amount of meat and doing weight training, hopefully at home.
First off, congratulations. The fact that you are even here on GAW means you already know more about the truth of the world than I did at 15. You already know more than most adults
I've actually been around since r/TheDonald!
One thing you did not mention that most 15-year olds deal with is acne. If you have acne, it is because of your diet. A poor diet creates toxins in the body, and the body is trying to eliminate them through the skin. Clean up your diet, and the acne disappears.
Actually, my acne isn't that bad. It was massively worse a few years back, but it seems to have gotten much tamer as I get older. Not sure if its diet related, but anyway, I'm happy.
I do however have noticeable bags under my eyes and the ridge across my nose is quite red. People often say I look tired/depressed/sick. Likely due to diet and sleep regimen.
Overall I definitely plan on putting much of what you said into action. Again, thanks!
