When we accept him as Job said “You are too wonderful for me” and accept his ways and thought are higher than ours, and his ways unsearchable (all this can be found in scripture) YET he says any man that ask of him ; James 1:5 (KJV) If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. So we see if we ask we can have his wisdom but we will never be greater. We are to accept him for who he is the great I am. The cross is no black cube. This again is more of satans twisting Gods word. satan is a liar and the father of all lies. When we accept that as a man he was willing to die, and he did , for our sins our transgressions against God, breaking his law (10 commandments, not law contained in ordinances of man) then he will forgive us and we do not get the eternal death penalty for our sins and we never die, We meet with him at the place he died, spiritual, and confess we are sinners, he is just to forgive us. And we are then his child! It is being born again, but this time, into his family his Kingdom! Ask him in a place alone, freely talk to him as you would a brother or friend but with great respect and honor he deserves! Jesus Christ is the greatest warrior of all time! Cling to him like your life preserver for he is, and life is the ocean and storm you are in! Hold tight to Christ and if you loose your way, as we can do, he will leave the 99 and bring you back to the fold! Much is made fun of us sheep but when you compare his wisdom to ours we are like sheep (study the physical things to understand the spiritual things of him as stated in the book of Romans! Sheep are really dumb! They need a shepherd! But again he gave you his word, unlike man he doesn’t break his, that if you will ask of him he will give you wisdom! You pray through the Holy Spirit who gives us understanding, it then goes to Christ, who takes your request to God, he is knowledge, and God gives his wisdom to you through Christ and the Holy Spirit will give you the understanding of that wisdom and knowledge of God the Father! But no man goes to God unless they first go to Christ! It is a chain of command! For while on earth we are his soldiers! God Bless and stick to Christ, cling to Jesus and trust on him! No man.
