The Supreme Court case seems to be stuck on getting at least one state attorney general onboard. TBH, mike needs to stop promising BQQM’s with specific dates when he is not ready since it is bad optics. There is likely work being done behind the scenes and it is better if it is silent. Reality is that Supreme Court cases can take years. What happens if this is not even heard until after Biden is already out of office ? Rudy has been out of the picture for a while. Think he is done I don’t know about Lin or Sydney since they seem to be fighting each other lately. They may be done as well
