I’d like to even see a murder charge for killing the “original” identity. Leftists won’t be able to argue that the previous child exists anymore otherwise it’s “deadnaming.” Hell, death is implied in their own terminology. Pretty sure CA still has lethal injection as an option for someone who abuses and murders a child.
