He may have even just did things that made sense, and that is why the DS plans got sped up, assuming the DS/central banks have to reset their system every few decades at all costs. In which case they need to go ahead and accelerate because Hillary didn't win, and because she didn't win, they needed to come up with a plan to keep masses at bay.
