When you sue doctors, it clogs the courts up so much that the government encouraged regulating agencies so all doctors had to practice similarly and if they did, judges knew how to throw out lawsuits and relieve stress on the public court system. No one wants to pay taxes to resolve your complaints.

You need to care for yourself, take your own risks. If you picked the wrong doctor you yourself fucked up. You can’t force the public servants, the courts to get involved with all your problems, that’s communism.

If you stopped creating a need for a larger government, private industries and doctors and nurses themselves will help you deregulate. We hate all of it. You think in 1776, if you got frostbit, the doctor you chose would be responsible if it got infected and you needed an amputation? Or cholera went around and you got sick, did ya get to sue people into oblivion?
