Geothermal is available in NYC. It costs a bloody fortune. I read about a man that put it in his downtown Manhattan townhouse, went to enormous trouble and great cost, got it all up and running, and died shortly after. I’ll see if I can find some reference on it. Copy and paste isn’t working, but the man, John Petrarca, completed the project in 2002 and passed in 2003. There is apparently plenty more geothermal activity happening and neighbors are freaking out about it. Shocker.
