LOL, this will be interesting to see what department they will use to enforce this Bullshit if it passes, I can guarantee you right now, Staties, Sheriff and local Police are all talking about this one and most I can believe are saying there's no way in Hell they are.
They cannot use the Feds, this would be a local Government policy, if they try, that is going to inspire numerous lawsuits, locking it back up in its cage where it belongs.
Afterall, there are some districts in NY you just don't go into to enforce this crap,
