Why are you resorting to ad hominem? I would advise to avoid this kind of attack. All people will see is the personal attack. Unless you think someone is truly shilling you (then gloves are off) I wouldn't do this.

Once you resort to these kind of personal attacks:

What do I do? Accept it? If I respond in kind, then you become upset. Now we're not debating. We're just arguing and that makes us divided. Which is what already happened. Now it's not a discussion, but "who started it".

Ad hominem leads to more ad hominem attacks. Then it's just an argument.

If you truly want an honest discussion then it has to be without ad hominem. No more attacks on character and motivation. Just a discussion on the points.
