That's an interesting theory and I'd like to discuss it with you as research rather than rebuttal.

My issue is the Khazars were little more than a handful of nomads up until about 1,200 years ago whereas the Jewish reputation for being Christ killers and the most exiled people in human history had been well established for ages.

I also find the Babylonian Talmud to serve as a poor scapegoat given the Satanic horrors in the pages of Orthodox Jewish Talmud would make even the most extreme Muslim imam blush... to the point that 99% of online Orthodox Jewish Talmud translations are heavily redacted for "reasons of courtesy / politeness" (you'll need to search the fine print to find such disclaimers).
