Not having gym access is an excuse, an easy way out. 2 years of 2 weeks to flatten the curve and I'm in the best shape of my life. I bought a squat rack, a barbell and weights and hit them HARD. One could get by with a lot less especially if the goal is losing weight and becoming more fit, not powerlifting like in my case. Well, it's not exactly powerlifting I guess because I don't compete with others, just the previous version of myself.
