AFAIK (although sometimes i get all the different types confused) J&J is the same, only the 'encapsulation' part is different, they use a viral shell instead of lipid nanoparticles. More research is needed into the differences between the vaccines.
edit: think j&J is the DNA based ones, I haven't researched a ton about those but some are saying that one integrates with your DNA and lasts forever? I still need to look into it more.
