My local 24 multiplex in NW WA is doing the same thing. Lots of films through the 6th, 7th to 13th only the 355 is listed? After that it's not running, "Belle" starts then "Scream" and others on the 14th.
This theatre runs entirely on fiber optic cables from a live remote feed. (I'd asked just out of curiousity) The show times and films are decisions made off location. The on-site workers are totally out of the loop. They do still pop the popcorn and do it well! Management resides elsewhere, what is to be shown is decided there.
The total vinyl copies available was the limitation in the old days. With all digital movies now and theaters linked as they are, there is no distribution limit from technology. All of them can have the same movie release date. But WHY an unadvertised Single Film Nation-wide?????
This is FUNN,,,,,,,,Thanks!
