This fellow is describing something that he says is "tens of microns" in scale. It is a rectangular object, with a broken corner. It is sporadically covered by nubs and lumps, which give a superficial similarity to old-style printed circuits---but for which there is no definite identification. There are nubs and lumps all along the object, which could as easily be crystalized porridge. He makes immense leaps of speculation, leading to outrage. I would have been more impressed if he had subjected this microscopic item to further dissection, to determine its composition and appearance under an electron microscope. No. What we're going to get is a marginal photo-micrograph in polarized light with no answers.
