If the mother cannot carry to term for one reason or another they always have the option to induce labor or perform a c-sec. Even in an emergency situation a c-sec can be performed much more quickly. Sure, the baby may not live but at least he/she is treated with dignity. Let him or her pass in their mother's arms. Not in bloody pieces on a table
