And for anyone not using tablets who wants to know the conversion factor to lbs used for prophylaxis and treatment doses of 0.4 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg and 0.6 mg/kg, here ya go:

Prophylaxis dose:

0.2 mg/kg = 0.0907 mg/lb

Treatment dose:

0.4 mg/kg = 0.1814 mg/lb

0.5 mg/kg = 0.2268 mg/lb

0.6 mg/kg = 0.2722 mg/lb
