Those who receive long term prison sentences must receive zero early parole, minimum of 30 years, and sizable fines which include confiscation of all bank accounts, personal properties, and permanent ban of themselves or family connections ever holding any government office or position. In addition the a Big Pharma companies need to be dismantled and those currently involved along with family never have anything to do with reconstituting any pharmaceutical company or any relationship with or investment in any pharmaceutical company or scientific investigation again.
