Edit: I see where Sabre2th's advice is to leave. I agree with that if your cousin doesn't need supplemental oxygen unless your cousin has access to a supply outside of the hospital. The medical tyrants have created a very difficult situation by making oxygen prescription only (e.g. hospital only for most people who don't have a prescription in advance) and then denying the life-saving treatments. If not in the hospital then good antibiotics and steriods I believe should also be used (I would confirm that if you know a based doctor / medical professional).
