Correct as I understand, candidly I've been really busy today so I haven't done enough due diligence in looking at this. BUT between what you posted and now with this article there has been stories about poreshenko. They were saying a court would allow him to turn himself in on his own recognizance and no need to go detain him.

So seeing this and if this is what it is warranted to be is pretty big with all that considered. Like I said though I need to dig more to really be confident, this seems like movement in the right direction.
