Also, sadly, you didn't address the request. The request was to sum up in three sentences. You supplied three sentences, the first one was ain instruction (suggestion?), the second was irrelevant (and a misreading of what 'random names' indicates, if you ask me) and the third, well, the third was OK as a sort of summation, "It is also the model for Agenda 21 (Sustainable Racine)...." Although I have to tell you, "it" here is unclear what it refers to, also the "also".

So, thanks, but please be aware that there are a bunch of red flags in your text and how you present your ideas, thoughts or knowledge. They may also be worth reflecting on, if you goal here is to actually communicate information and facilitate greater understanding on the topic.
