Personally, I believe the future Capitol of the United States wouldn't be too out of place being moved to Kansas. It is dead-center of the Nation, right?

With the underground salt mine, it's potentially the safest place in the United States from a nuclear strike, and on top of that the salt is fantastic for records preservation.
