There are thousands of studies of natural and over-the-counter supplements and generic drugs that fight cancer, almost always WITHOUT horrid (or nearly ANY) side effects -- and in many cases with more efficacy than the toxic and hilariously over-priced Chemo that patients are being sold. Here's just one example:

Curcumin and Cancer Cells: How Many Ways Can Curry Kill Tumor Cells Selectively? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC2758121/

CONCLUSION Overall, our review shows that curcumin can kill a wide variety of tumor cell types through diverse mechanisms [of the many pathways listed, my personal favorite is "Induction of Death Receptors" -- Narg]. Because of numerous mechanisms of cell death employed by curcumin, it is possible that cells may not develop resistance to curcumin-induced cell death. Furthermore, its ability to kill tumor cells and not normal cells makes curcumin an attractive candidate for drug development. Although numerous animal studies and clinical trials have been done, additional studies are needed to gain the full benefit from curcumin. (And for sure, DON'T take curcumin for anything until all of those studies are done! /s)
