I started the horse paste the other day, since I've been dealing with Covid for a week and a half. After the first day of the horse paste I would say I felt 60% better. Took my second dose last night, and had the energy to work out this morning. Also, I could finally taste my dinner last night. Wish I had ordered it and started it sooner.
