Probably more than any one thing has been the idiocy of masking in all its various forms and practices. After almost two years of myriads of types of masks being manufactured, people double and triple masking, and some people just wearing paper “surgical masks”, after Omicron was “identified” I suddenly couldn’t wear my thicker cloth mask to my chiropractic appts - I had to wear the THIN (and much more breathable) paper mask they gave me. And the Dr (fully vaxxed) started wearing two paper masks! Didn’t seem to matter to them, though, that I wore that same paper mask into and out of their offices THREE times (so far) - and then tossed it onto the car visor - without ever being offered another“clean” one - yet my fancy cloth mask, that I could (ostensibly) wash after every use, was suddenly unacceptable. I have decided, since the convoy, that I won’t go back for any more appts until they stop with this ridiculous practice.
