Edit: One of the "it's happening" Q drops says "Michael S. Rodgers." In the video one penguin splits off from the rest, heads left off screen, and drops out of sight. I think Adm. Rogers is the dark uniformed sea bird that dropped out, leaving a panicked flock of a different feather.
