I know a dispatcher of a freight company (fleet of 300+ trucks) who coordinates the loads that cover Mexico, US, and Canada from coast to coast. Crazy organization skills and logistical brilliance to track every pallet, skid, product, shipper, reciever, dock location, contact person, driver, truck, trailer, and the accompanying paperwork for all of the above across 3 international borders, 3 sets of custom laws, and countless variations in state and provincial regulations (often freight specific/food/perishables/chemicals/raw materials,etc), different road laws and tax and licencing requirements, doing all this on meticulously planned timelines with contigencies. The Freedom Convoy is incredible, make no mistake, but logistically traversing one jurisdiction (Canada) along the main highway (Trans Canada) that every long haul trucker knows by heart, is not that far fetched and may in some ways be less complex than what many dispatchers do everyday.
