I just don't like it when people just look up and go Contrails.!
If you want to do due diligence pull the weather report and go on flight aware and find the corresponding flight and what level it was cruising at. You can then determine if it was close to a flight level where 100% saturation of the air is likely to be reached due to the cooling associated with a decrease in pressure over the lifting surfaces, propellers etc.
It is a totally ubiquitous atmospheric phenomenon and just looking up and pointing is not cutting it.
Note:- I do believe that governments are fucked enough to do this and probably have done on "OCCASION"
