There is still some confusion as to the timing of the turn over of the 170M IPs. Before reading any of the recent articles or your proof, I was under the assumption that they were given to Packet Forensics when Trump was still President. This would align with the theory that Packet Forensics was working with WHs. Now Im seeing that it was done under Biden. The timing aspect could be deliberate disinformation by our enemies.
