Good post PBE.
Anons i've been at this for over 30 years. The last 5 have been difficult, but the last 2 years even more difficult, and the last year immensely difficult, but the last 2 months has been an overwhelming roller coaster ride of the tides of battle (thrill of victory/agony of defeat). Its on par to get even more insane. I believe this is what a bipolar person must living with every day, and i believe this is being done intentionally by our enemies in this psychological warfare, to cause people to snap. Hold the line if you can.
If you're cracking, if you've been damaged with a psychological mortar: BACK OFF THE LINE.
Tune out of everything, focus on what you love to do, what makes you happy, what raises your joy. Use it to heal. Don't worry either. There are tons of vets who can handle a ton of shelling, since we're all partially crazy already to put ourselves on the front lines of psychological battles. Plus there's a few vets who can survive psychological nukes, and a handful who can even contain the blast. But if/when you're ready, come back. Vets might be strong, but none of us are an island, and power is in numbers.
