I had to dust off my old US Apple ID to get my hands on it; not available here in Japan yet either.

Not that you can create an account or do literally anything yet, but we'll see come tomorrow. Assuming it's not region-locked by data too. But that's what VPNs are for... [EDIT: Sure enough I needed a VPN set to the US in order to create my account and get my waitlist number.]

I assume just like they're rolling out gradually over platforms, they'll also be rolling out into App Stores by region too?
