Internet Bill of Rights. The internet is just a digital version of being in public. You have a website? = private establishment, which is accessable by the public, unless qualifiers are put on it such as members only, etc. And the rules of that establishment are to be followed, and people can be kicked out / banned for breaking them. (for the muh fReE sPeEcH fags). Furthermore, since the internet is the same as being in public, the ONLY rule limiting it, is the same as if you were in public. This eliminates the censorship issue, prevents "raids" on establishments (you cant cause a disturbance inside someone's business, you get trespassed), makes pornography illegal to post on sites which don't allow it and also which don't explicitly state that it's allowed, and all illegal content is by default not allowed anywhere, for it is illegal. It's so simple that it's baffling to me how complicated people have made this topic. The internet is no different than being in public anywhere in the USA, and the same logic applies to all other nations with their own respective networks and domains.
edit- to add to the censorship problem being solved, all these faggot ass hate speech policies become redundant. In public you cannot threaten or advocate illegal actions against someone else. It's called terroristic threatening, etc. The same applies to the internet, and INSULTS / SPEECH YOU DONT LIKE are NOT illegal in public. So your website CANNOT be shut down or attacked with DDOS, etc because of it!
