Time limit to exercise is 5 years. The exercise happens either 30 days after merger or 1 year after announcement (whichever is later). That is why I believe people have said around Sept 2022. You do not have to immediately exercise your warrant (you have 5 years). But when you want to exercise it, contact your broker on how to do it and they will guide you.
