Yea the Hispanics are also masked up the wazoo. Maybe it has to do with their (Asians and Hispanics ) culture.. They have a strong culture of respecting elders and not talking back ingrained since kids. And the Japanese have long been germophobes. Also, Asians (in general, of course there are outliers) like to take less risk and play it safe.
